VHA has been selected to design the reinstallation of Marc Chagall’s iconic America Windows at the Art Institute of Chicago. Given by the artist to commemorate the nation’s bicentennial, the windows were originally installed overlooking the museum’s McKinlock Court. Construction of The Modern Wing required that the windows be removed in 2005. Since then, the windows have been restored and will be reinstalled in a new gallery dedicated to 20th century public art in Chicago.
